Free worldwide shipping

Some of our suppliers are from China so please allow 2-8 business days for order processing and verification. At the latest, the product will be shipped within 30 days from the date the order was confirmed. Delivery also can be delayed due to adverse weather condition.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

TRACK & ORDER

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

If I missing an item in my received order what to do?

Don’t worry if you have an item missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately to your doorstep.

I haven’t received my order yet what shall I do?

No worries, our team helps you out, just email us at ______  our customer service will be more than happy to update you on your order and the estimated delivery date.

RETURNS & REFUND

the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Returns are accepting on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. You can also contact us at ------------  to arrange your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 days after receiving.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
